We will be happy to do size changes on your order, as long as your size is still in stock. Please note that exchanges are not applicable for one-of-a-kind items. All you need to do is:

1. Email us at dimension.uh@gmail.com to initiate your exchange request. Please include your Order Number and preferred size in your email.

2. Items need to be mailed back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please include your Order Number with your item.

3. To ensure safe delivery, you may wish to opt for tracked delivery. Please note that return and delivery cost is to be borne by the customer.

4. Please ensure that all items are in an unused condition and still have their tags intact.

5. Your exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.
   

Returns Policy

While we currently do not accept returns, we will be happy to do a refund on any damaged, defective, or incorrect items:

4. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days from when we receive it.

5. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
